HHJ foundation is built on three principles- Respect, integrity, Compassion. We’re dedicated to providing the best service possible to benefit your daily needs, which upholds these three principles. HHJ provides a variety of services to senior citizens, special needs individuals, caregivers, independent adults, busy professionals.

FULL SERVICE ERRAND SERVICES


Required information before services is provided:

Valid ID/ License with current address
Payment arrangement / method of payment
Signed agreement form with fees for service(s) provided
Complete a client information sheet ,sign and date

  • Daily Service
    Services provided on daily basis and all fees must be paid at the time of services, cash or credit, check and money orders
  • VIP packets
    Allotted hours & mileage for errand services, good 30 days of ongoing services any unused hours or mileage rollover to next service month.

Respite Services

  • Care Visits
    Check on a loved one daily
  • Personal Care (limited personal care)
     ex. grooming, dressing, assistance with bathroom etc.

** Full Service= provider runs the errands for the customer.              

** Exclude bathing, housekeeping, laundry- provider does not provide services in these areas.

Cleaning Services

  • Service Areas
    We service Smithfield, Selma and most surrounding areas in Johnston County. We Believe a Clean House is a Happy House.
  • Cleaning Services
    Regular Maid Service, Move-In and Move- Out Cleaning Services for Residential/ Commercial.

We Provide:

Weekly Cleaning- Every Week
Bi Weekly Cleaning- Every Two Weeks
Tri Weekly Cleaning- Every Three Weeks
Monthly Cleaning- Every Four Weeks
One Time Cleaning
Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning

Payment Information

Daily Service :
  • Fee due at the time of service, unless client is invoiced
  • Fees are due at the end of the month and payment is due the 1st day of the following month.
  • Respite care provided in the home of client or caregiver.
Respite Care :

Monday - Friday: $15 hourly per person (2 hour max) plus limited personal care

Saturday: $20 hourly per person (appointment only , 2 hour max).
  • No service after 5pm unless arrangements made with provider.
  • Respite care provided in the home of client or caregiver.
Errand Service :

Monday - Friday: $25 hourly per person, $0.50 per mile

Saturday: $30 hourly per person plus mileage, ( 2-5 errands, 1 hour minimum, 5 mile minimum).
  • Respite care provided in the home of client or caregiver.
  • No service after 5pm unless arrangements made with provider.
** Fees are just estimates and may change due to operation expenses.

Closed Sundays for all services, Holiday services welcomed by appointments only  

** Cost of purchases not included in hourly rate, Mileage begins at start of service, and Fees are in 30 minute increments after 1st hour.

** Cancellation- 24 hour notice or 10.00 cancellation fee will be charged.

**Tips are greatly appreciated; if you are tipping with credit please let us know prior to your final invoice for payment.

**24 Hour notice is requested on all services, same day requests will be accepted if scheduling allows.
